At Berries, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Berries tags attached. Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
